Okay, its my turn to ask if this recipe is good :)

I have a book by Dr. Vogel. He was one of the best naturopath I knew

of. He died for some years ago..

Well, one of his recipes is easy and cheap :)

Crush organic egg shell to powder.

Crush dry nettle (organic or wild) to powder.

Mix these 2 untill you get a bright green powder.

Of this you take the amount you get on a " point of a knife " every day

(I dont know what you call it).

He have used this recipe for childrens who had too little of vitamin

D and couldnt take up calcium. I really like this one, because I am

always less fatiqued when I take this mix...And I take more than the

recips says. I take half teaspoon every day.

Why it works so well is because, as Vogel said: the nettle is very

rich of minerals. And when you take nettle together with egg shell

powder, it will do that body have much easier to get nutrients from

food and calcium from the eggshells...

I prefer to use this recipe instead lemon egg. I have found that I

react on everything which have acidic taste or acidic stuff in them.

2 days ago I ate organic crispbread made of graham flour and rye. And

my oh my.....my stomach went crazy and I got fresh blood with the

bowel next time I was at wc (irritable bowel syndrom and hemorroids).

I cant tolerate any fibers from seed husks. Doesnt matter what grain

or seed it is. My stomach do too hate apple juice, lemon juice and

apple vinegar...

Panther piss is a recipe I cant use.

Same with intestinal cleanse #2. Several seeds I cant use. I have

been wondering if it was ok to use only bentonite clay, activated

charcoal and marshmallow root??? I dont think its possible to get the

slippery elm inner bark here in norway...

I got one explanation from a healer and diet consulent who have

tested food on himself for 9 years. He was about to die of organic

vegetarian diet (Yes, it is true!!!). It was for 9 years ago and from

that time he have tested on himself what food he went better of. He

told me that the husk on seeds do have several acidic connections.

They have it for protection so animals wouldnt destroy the seeds. And

people who have too much acid in their body will get worse of those

acidic connections...

So his diet advices is: Not anything with husk on them and as less as

possible carbohydrates. I have followed his advices and I went better

of it. But the drawback is that if I eat or drink something with some

acidic connections in it, I get worse symptoms than before...like the

crushed whole grain crispbread I ate 2 days ago...

Its weird how the body works.

Dear Mar,

Did you try the Intestinal Cleanse #2??

Did you try the Panther Piss??

The reason I ask is that some foods which appear to be acidic are really alkaline in "ASH". Also, Panther Piss is one of the best formulae that I know of for helping "to get rid of" hyper acidity, and so is Lemon Egg. You say, "but, but, but, the apple cider vinegar is 5 to 7% acidity, and the lemon is "acidic" isn't it?? I know, I know, it looks that way, but they are alkaline ASH forming which is the important part. The same can be said for many "acid" fruits which tend to scare people off.

You can use the bentonite clay in small quantities by itself, but it is not as effective as the IC#2 formula in its entirety and if you use it without the benefits of the IC#1, you can plug up with the stuff. It's worth a try though.

I can see that I need to do a full article on the subject of Acid/Alkaline, as there are many misunderstoods in this area. I'll see if I can't crank one out sometime this month. Keep bugging me, OK guys?? ;o)

Love,

Doc

PS. That recipe by Dr. Vogel looks absolutely awesome. I gotta try it. I've actually considered adding nettles to the Total Nutrition Formula and just need to research a little further before I jump in there. The other ingredient I've considered adding is Bee Pollen, but we'll see. I need to test it on my number one guinea pig = ME (LOL), and family and friends before I make any major changes.
