Guest guest
Doc, Is it ok to leave the tincture mixture unpressed? Or must it be pressed in 2 weeks? I was under the impression that the longer it was left unpressed the better it would become, but I am not sure. Thanks. pj Send FREE video emails in Mail! http://promo./videomail/
Guest guest
Dear PJ, Absolutely! The longer you let it perk, the better it gets. 2 weeks is the minimum unless an emergency crops up. I once bought too much Echinacea root at one time and tinctured all of it and ended up with about 18 gallons of the stuff. I pressed it as I needed it over the years, and boy, was that last batch potent! Phewww! ;o) Love, Doc Ian "Doc" Shillington N.D.505-772-5889Dr.IanShillington - Shirley Reed herbal remedies Thursday, January 10, 2002 8:36 AM [herbal remedies] pressing tinctures Doc, Is it ok to leave the tincture mixture unpressed?
