Guest guest
Sunday night I came down with bronchitis, which I think was secondary to allergies (probably cedar). I get this every year, although this year I was able to postpone it till after Christmas. It hit VERY suddenly. Any ideas? I have tried a multitude of things. I am still running a low grade fever. Tuesday night when I first took my temp it was 100.8 - which is the first time in my adult life I can remember running a fever. This I view as positive, since I have battled for about 16 years with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and my usual body temp is around 97.8. At least my immune system seems to be kicking in some this time. I drank some yarrow flower tea, trying to increase the fever and make me sweat, but then my fever dropped and hovers around 99. I am still sneezing with alternating runny nose and congested head, a very minor cough unless I lie down, some tightness and irritation in my broncials. My nose wants to drop off. Many thanks! Guest guest
1. A dropperful of very potent Echinacea tincture every hour on the hour while awake. 2. A dropperful of Total Tonic (in the files) every hour on the hour while awake. 3. Drink your Yarrow tea (6 cups) while sitting in the bathtub with the water as hot as you can stand it for 30 to 45 minutes. 4. After you do #3, stick a half a clove of garlic (cut lengthwise) which has been dipped in olive oil, where the sun don't shine just before bed and go to sleep at night. Do the above until the condition is completely gone. This is my recommendation and what I'd do in your shoes. Of course I'd follow it up with a thorough Total Body Cleanse as well ;o) Love, Doc Ian "Doc" Shillington N.D.505-772-5889Dr.IanShillington - nlpolsue herbal remedies Thursday, January 10, 2002 8:05 AM [herbal remedies] Allergies & bronchitis. Guest guest
Many thanks - the multitudes of stuff I've tried hasn't cleared it up, and I think it may be getting worse! Here goes...
