Guest guest
Regarding colon cleansing, I have to wonder why it is necessary or helpful to someone who eats a healthy diet w/ plenty of fiber, etc. Cleansing is something the colon *does*, not something it needs. I realize that most people do not eat a good diet. But maybe they should try doing so, rather than paying for expensive and inconvenient cleansing procedures. Just my opinion, I am open to correction. Send FREE video emails in Mail! http://promo./videomail/
Guest guest
i hope this may help clear up colon cleanse doubts. It is true that expense is a factor in colon cleanse, that is because you really want someone who is trained properly to administer the procedure. Many people live in a balanced way and would never seem to need a colon cleanse. But, for those many souls who suffer from many common complaints, the source of the compacted fecal material may need to be bathed and loosened so the tissue can heal. The lower bowel can respond to the small intestines' cues to release. Lots of other natural process flow without the base blockage. You can try this for yourself by giving yourself an enema. afterwards, sense if your " volume " for life knob has been turned up a bit- do colors appear brighter? can you taste foods more intensely? Overall, the vibrancy of life is higher with the release of unneeded waste. if parasites are visible during the cleanse then it was a good investment because then the herbal cleansing treatments can work a little better-
Guest guest
Welllllllll, since you are open to correction... LOL ) Actually, it is very possible to heal the body using only nutrition so you are somewhat on track here. Dr. Bernard Jensen and others have done it very successfully for decades. However, there is more to healing then just letting the body do it all by itself even though this is possible. It can be helped in this process and that's where bio-chemistry (herbs, vitamins, aminos, etc.) comes in. The problem is the screwed up modern day food chain on this planet and the fact that people have spent many years leading a degenerative lifestyle and therefore it would take 2 to 3 years to correct using only nutritional methods. A good analogy would be to put a drop of used motor oil on your skin and let it soak in for a couple of hours. You'd end up with a black spot on your skin that would not come off. Now, you could eat healthy for a week or three and with the dead skin sloughing off, you'd eventually get your skin back to its original color, or you could apply a few oils and apply some skin brushing and remove the spot within a couple of minutes to a couple of hours. If the oil had soaked through all layers of the skin, then a poultice would be in order and one might have to wait a few days which is still better than waiting a few weeks or more for the body to handle it by itself. The idea is, that as long as the toxic oil remains on your skin, the longer it would take to recover from any of the negative effects, so the sooner you can clean it the better off you are with less toxic effects. The same goes with the bowel and cleansing. Most people who have a toxic bowel have been in that condition for many years, and it can take up to 2 or 3 years to thoroughly cleanse a bowel usning only nutrition. This is valid therapy, and many people have done this following the advice of Dr. Malkmus, Dr. Jensen, Dr. Robbins and others, but it is too slow for my books when the whole cleansing process can be done within a month, and then with proper nutrition continue to feel good while rebuilding the body into awesome condition. You're right that a bowel is used for cleansing the body, but if it is already highly toxic, it is no longer doing that function in any great or effective manner and needs to be cleansed first as in the oil spot analogy above. A person who was already very healthy and eating a proper nutritional 100% ORGANIC diet would not need to cleanse.
