Guest guest
This is a wonderful link for gallstones... pictures and everything!! http://www.curezone.com/gallstones/ Sugar is not BAD... but NO SUGAR! ahhahhaha at least during healing... (excess sugar consumption predisposes gallstones) I personally don't know about coffee (doesn't seem like a good idea, right?) but Linda Page refers to a study showing that 2 cups of coffee a day can lower the risk of gallstone disease. Sounds to me following a spelled out plan might help you. You can follow the total body cleanse in the archives, or there are several good books that have programs to follow specifically for gallstones. 3 off the top of my head are Healthy Healing by Linda Page (page 391 in fact), The Liver Cleansing Diet by Sandra Cabot and Prescription for Nutritional Healing by Balch(s). Good luck and Happy Holidays (hope you find some good stuff to eat)!! Love Thessa P.S. Almost forgot, castor oil packs are a great idea too. http://members.tripod.com/~arescott/copinstr.html herbal remedies, " leesina33594 " <leesina33594> wrote: > The veggies, fruit and brown rice sound like a good idea for a short > period (Not only low fat but no sugar) if you are not in pain. Guest guest
Dear Lisa Marie, The sugar is a definite NO-NO. A half a teaspoon of white surgar (brown is the same) will shut down your immune system for 12 to 24 hours. The idea is not to starve yourself but to eat as much as you want of the good stuff. One cup of coffee a day (and I mean one cup only) can actually be beneficial to your nervous system. More than one cup crosses over the line and becomes destructive to your nervous system, your adrenals, and your heart. My wife Valorie and I have one cup every morning and kinda make a ritual out of it. It's our special time together when we don't answer phones, and just have good communication with each other and talk everything out. I don't care how big your stones are, they can be dissolved and / or removed naturally from your system. The Total Body Cleanse is the way to go on this.
