Guest guest
Can anyone please tell me what CAN be eaten on the gall bladder diet? Eggs? Beef? I know low fat, but can someone be more specific for me please? Also , I found out that the gall bladder cleanse cannot be instituted if the gall bladder is inflamed. How do you calm down an inflamed gall bladder? The stones are calcified and surgery is going to happen. Is there ANY way to get away with the surgery? Doc said it cannot be done with Laproscopy.! Guest guest
Lots of vegetables. You know, the stuff our parents always had so much trouble making us eat. Those are good on just about any diet. One way to calm down inflamed gall bladders is to cut out fat, and eat only cooked vegetables and rice for a week or so. This also is a remedy for diverticulosis. It is possible that people of the Kapha and Vata body types could dissolve gallstones with cider vinegar, but i have no direct experience with that. You should definitely look that up elsewhere. And i know there are several Chinese pills, available through Chinese pharmacies and generally manufactured in China, that are effective on gall bladder conditions. But you would need to contact a Chinese physician to get the right prescription, as there needs to be an examination to determine the exact imbalance present in the illness. On the plus side, these bottles usually retail for less than $10 once you know what to get. Guest guest
The veggies, fruit and brown rice sound like a good idea for a short period (Not only low fat but no sugar) if you are not in pain. If you are in pain eat nothing for at least 3 days. You can also drink a liter a day of pure organic apple juice for a couple of weeks (eating or not). This helps soften the stones. According to Linda Page, take turmeric extract 2x daily to reduce gallbladder inflammation. Taking a lecithin supplement before meals will help process fat more efficiently. After that you may be in a position to rethink doing the olive oil flush. There are several gall bladder flushes of varying degrees. From one big bomb in a day to a gentler 3,5 and 9 day flushes. I hate to see you go for surgery if it's not necessary... Just a few weeks ago one of ricky's patients went in to his doctor with a jar full of giant gallstones and the doc went white with disbelief... herbal remedies, " leesina33594 " <leesina33594> wrote: > Can anyone please tell me what CAN be eaten on the gall bladder diet? Guest guest
Dear Lisa Marie, Absolutely No Fish or Beef or any other meat, or anything else that came from anything that had a face. The only exception to this is: Raw Organic Eggs. You can still do a cleanse if the Gallbladder is inflamed (who gave you the false data on this one??), and in some cases, it is necessary to start even sooner if it is. Your "Doc" is nuts if he is trying to talk you into surgery. This can be handled naturally and it can be handled fast. My most dramatic case of handling a gallbladder patient was a woman who was having several major gallbladder attacks a week, sometimes in the same day. Her gallbladder was very inflamed and she had many many stones. 10 days later, the entire condition was gone and the stones had come out naturally without pain.
