Guest guest
Dear Paz, The average adult dosage for most (but not all) tinctures is two dropperfuls 3x's a day. This statement could probably start a raging debate as there are a zillion differences in tinctures and who makes them, and how strong they are ;o) etc. etc. etc. However, many of Doc Christopher's tinctures followed the above rule as do most of mine with only a few exceptions and what condition you're trying to handle also plays a very important part in determining dosage. In some instances, an emergency can change everything and you may use up to 2 to 5 times the regular dosage under certain circumstances so the best bet is to just keep educating yourself on the various different herbs and formulae so that you can think with all the data. And remember the 150 Rule when it comes to children or over weight people. Hope this helps.
