Guest guest
Hey Doc, I just joined the list and was looking through the files section. I'm interested in trying out the deep tissue repair oil formula in there as I've had a stubborn and recurring hamstring pull for over 10 years now. The recipe seems pretty straight-forward, I'm just wondering how much should be applied for maximum benefit. Thanks! Annicola
Guest guest
Dear Anni, One dropperful in the morning should do the trick. Do not apply it in the evening or you'll be up all night. This formula generates a lot of heat (helps with the circulation), and you'll notice it working all day long. You should also consider the "Bone, Flesh & Cartilage" Formula to help the condition from the inside as well.
