Guest guest
Susan, I just pulled up the breast info on the herbal remedies page. Click on files and then Doc Shillington ND. There is a file on how to handle breast problems and the massage is in there. There are some other suggestions, also. Ann in Memphis
Guest guest
I posted a couple months ago about bringing high blood pressure down. I really only think it was up when I went to the dr's office (major dr phobia). I checked it at the drug store this morning before my dr's appt. and it was well within normal range. I even had a cardiologist tell me I was okay last week and didn't need medication. My general practitioner doesn't agree with the cardiologist. LOL I believe under normal circumstances my pressure is just fine. I have been charting it for 2 months now, and I get readings of 121/77 and I've even gone lower at times. I told the dr I was not taking high blood pressure medicine. He was already to prescribe it because it was up today at 150/8? I've lost 28 lbs, and have been doing the cayenne tincture. I've been doing the treadmill for 30 minutes/day, 6 days a week and feel great. I take flax meal and lecithin every day. The dr had put me on a diuretic. I am off it as of today and I will be doing a total body cleanse. I've never done a cleanse before and hope it will make me feel better than I already am. I also have cysts in my breasts and am going to try some of the suggestions. I had the cysts drained today. The doctor said they usually drain them twice and if they come back, then they surgically remove them. I really, really want to avoid this. Where do I look for the info on massage, etc. to help with this problem? I also read that taking grape seed extract would help. I've totally given up caffiene 4 months ago. Any other suggestions would be helpful. Thanks a bunch Susan
