Hi Melinda. Pantothenic acid is a B vitamin. It did

wonders for me in relieving tension all over, but

after a few months of using 500 mg. per day, I

developed a great feeling of anger. Also fatigue. A

few days after I stopped the P. acid, the anger and

fatigue greatly lessened and in a short time it was

all gone. So be careful with it. I have read in many

places that if B vitamins get out of balance, problems

will ensue. I believe it!!!

The cs in the ear canal made me able to chew

again. I could not chew on either side of my mouth as

it hurt too much and my jaws would swell. Now I can

chew without swelling or pain. I know I still need to

get rid of these teeth, but can't right now so this is

helping a lot. If I chew really tough things, the jaw

gets touchy, so I don't.

I have not heard of the Oxyfresh toothpaste.

The Alpha Omega site mentioned another toothpaste, but

said the new one was much superior. I don't recall

the name of the inferior product.

Someone mentioned that swishing with cs several

times a day would darken the teeth. I have not

swished many times per day, 2 or 3 at most, and I

always use some peroxide for brushing and have had no

problem with darkening. But I am 60 and my teeth have

darkened somewhat anyway, so I don't know anything

about that either. Sorry. Best Wishes, pj

Oooo -- I sure don't need either of those things, so thanks for the

warning. I think I'll stick with my bee pollen, then.

That's a blessing! I'm really not having pain, but I'll sure keep

this in mind. For dental pain, what's worked for me in the past is

one drop of clove oil to six drops of olive oil. I mix it in a cup

with a q-tip, then use the q-tip to paint it on the painful area. It

burns for a minute, and takes about 1/2 hour to kick in, but then it

gives me about 6 hours of pain relief.

I hope you can get a chance to have the necessary extractions soon.

Seems like it's miserable to live with!

I can look up the Alpha Omega toothpaste, thanks.

Thanks. Maybe I'll add a little to my water pic. I really

appreciate all the good advice I'm getting here! I tried to find the

ingredients for Doc's mouth rinse yesterday, but couldn't find them

all... so I bought an herbal mouthwash with some of the ingredients

and added whatever else I could find, plus some myrrh. After water

pic-ing with this stuff my mouth sure feels clean, and doesn't feel

icky when I wake up in the morning, either, so that's nice.

The only way I could find the oak was in capsules. I was afraid to

add that into my water pic, thinking the powder might clog the

works. Should I take the pills? Or open them and rub them on my

gums? Or? Doc?
