Then I went searching for information on how to make tinctures, and it takes two months! Also, I wasn't really clear on what form the herbs should be in, and how much to use. So, I guess I have to go to the HFS and fork out big bucks for tinctures this time just to get started fast? I'd like to learn how to make it next time. I did switch to a 100% tobacco cigarette, and that cut my smoking in half effortlessly within a month. It's amazing what all those chemicals in the cigs will do to you -- makes you want to light one off of another! My son gave me that tip to help me quit. There's no doubt in my mind it will be easier to quit from the cigs with no additives then it would be to quit from any of the more commercial brands. That helped him quit.
