Depression Medication

Hello. My docter diagnosed me with Post-natal depression 18

months ago and since then I have been on anti-depression

medication. I started on Zoloft and now for the last 6 months

have been on Effexor.I hate being on the medication. I tried to

come off the Effexor 3 months ago, cold turkey and was

extremely sick and when I tried to come off, I was emotional,

crying at the drop of a hat and very down.

I would love a natural alternative. My husband didn't like the idea

of the medication at first, but now he just wants me to do

whatever makes me feel better. He didn't really like to be around

me when I was trying to go cold turkey!
