Doc, do you add the distilled water per dosage, or after you make the tincture -- add it to the entire amount.

I always add the distilled water before I make the tincture, but I don't think it would hurt to add it after. I think the main problem here would be the accuracy of water/alcohol ratio in the final batch. When I premix the two, I know exactly what my ratio is ;o)
