Michael,

 

We can try the tea -- does it matter if it is hot or cold tea? Also he gets

an apple or applesauce everyday. Just have to make sure he doean't eat the

core LOL. He also gets no milk or milk products as he is allergic to the

protien in cows milk. He used to drink soy milk but now prefers water so I

am not going to argue with him about it. I'll let you know how the tea works

once I get some.

Raspberry leaf is one of those things that is good either hot or cold. I

tend to prefer it iced, but that's partly due to my Pitta body type --

craving cold drinks is one of the symptoms.

 

Avoiding dairy has been very good for a lot of difficult kids, whether due

to autism, hyperactivity, or even just plain old cussedness.
