Tincture proportions

2. A friend gave me an organic ginger root so I blended it with Everclear (did not add any water). When I shake it some of the ginger stays above the alcohol - is this OK?

IN RE: #1. I've never tried their tinctures, and have never seen one of their stores. Where are they located? In which cities? Do they have a store in Albuquerque? That is my closest city ;o)

 

IN RE: #2. A little bit of over-kill with straight Everclear. Was it the 170 proof or the 190 proof you used? Not that that makes much difference. Some particles floating on the top will not make any difference, so I'd recommend you use it, though you might want to add some distilled water to it to tame it down ;o) LOL
