Namaste,

 

I tried the capsicum (one bottle) & saw no change. However, I am

a " carb eater " mainly & usually have 3/4 C Good Friends (high fiber)

cereal w/1% soy milk for breakfast w/ 1/2 C berries. Maybe that is

the problem! I will try switching to protein for breakfast & see if

that changes things.
