Guest guest
I have been sloooowly losing weight & am now stuck on a dreaded plateau; going on 8 weeks. I know my metabolism is slow so I do workout regularly; but even adding extra exercise has not gotten me " over the hump " I was told to try cayenne capsules which I did...one after every meal. Finished one whole bottle & did not see any difference. Is there anything else I can try? Thanks
Guest guest
yes, try liver cleanses and liver cleansing herbs and foods. since your liver has everything to do with metabolism of not only fat but all kinds of other stuff running around in your blood, if you can help it to work more efficiently it will metabolize fat more efficiently. best to you herbal remedies, " Star*Point " <myrna1947> wrote: > I have been sloooowly losing weight & am now stuck on a dreaded > plateau; going on 8 weeks. Guest guest
I too am taking the cayenne caps, just one a day and I have noticed some inches lost, I also heard about the vinegar and water tonic, just 2 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm water and add honey to sweeten it. This tonic is suppose to help dissolve the fat deposits, it also helps with arthritis and is just good for you overall. Good luck! Guest guest
Definitely recommend my Total Nutrition Formula as in the files. When I first developed the formula, I lost ten pounds in a month without even changing my diet. It's the Astragalus in the formula. Not only balances the Metab, but also balances the blood sugar levels and tends to regulate hormones as well. Hope this helps. Guest guest
on another level, hit a Health food store and pile up on dry algae, aka seagreens: kombu, dulse, wakame, nori...anyone is good. wash'em, re-hydrate'em, then put everything in a blender, topped up with apple cider vinegar (organic). add a fistful of fresh habaneros. blend well. start with one tbsp a day, increasing along up to tolerance, mix the " sea tonic " with anything you can dream of, but always get some at wakeup hour and before bed. soon your metabolism will start to generate miracles..... as long as you clean up your liver all along and keep the intestine running at least twice per day.... cheers herbal remedies, stefanidc@k... wrote: > yes, try liver cleanses and liver cleansing herbs and foods. since > your liver has everything to do with metabolism of not only fat but > all kinds of other stuff running around in your blood, if you can > help it to work more efficiently it will metabolize fat more > efficiently. > > best to you > > herbal remedies, " Star*Point " <myrna1947> wrote: > > I have been sloooowly losing weight & am now stuck on a dreaded > > plateau; going on 8 weeks. Guest guest
It is possible that you are one of those people who should be a bit on the heavy side. If that is the case, you will always be more healthy with a substantial body, and efforts to lose weight too quickly will tend to compromise your health. Without seeing you though, it is terribly presumptuous of me to say all this. There is a series of questions that can assist in determining your given body type and thus point to your ideal diet. These questions are not yet standardized in English, but some of us are working on it. Guest guest
I was diagnosed years ago as hypothyroid. I currently use a regime that both myself and my Doc have worked out. Capsicum, B-complex, chromium, reishi mushroom and a kelp blend that you can find in most health food stores. (this, along of course, with my other herbals) The capsicum helps to raise internal body temperature and does helps increase energy as well as burn fat. Be careful of taking too much tho if your dosha is a pitta. It is important too if you want to speed up your metabolism safely to eat a decent breakfast as early as you can. Try to stay away from anything with carbs for your breakfast meal. Your body will get more fuel to start the day and it will not dwindle off as fast if you have a balance of protein and fat for breakfast. Doing the above has improved my metabolism without making me feel at all " speedy " and I have lost about 20 lbs. since starting it.(3 months or so ago) I also find I sleep more soundly at night. Good luck. Clove ~We search our entire lifetimes for just a glimpse of happiness.
