Chronic Dermatitis?

Hi All!

I just found this group in a mad search over the internet to find

information that may be of assistance to me...actually to a family

member.

I am looking for an herbal treatment (or any natural treatment!!) for

chronic dermatitis. My mom is from the Fiji Islands in the South

Pacific, she is in the States and has been for 30-ish years now

however most of her family still resides there. My aunt was just

visiting us on her first trip out of Fiji and spoke of various

illnesses that run rampant on the islands. I have a cousin in

particular that I have never met although we are the same age..we are

told that he has terrible chronic dermatitis of some sort that leaves

him hiding in the dark in total agony from the itching.

I am certain that there are plants/fruits/herbs on land and sea there

that can help him as medical treatment is basically unavailable to

him.

Any and all information anyone can share would be GREATLY

appreciated. I know they have Aloe Vera as well as loads of other

fruits and plants found in the tropics.

Thanks for in advance for any help!

Dear Tammy,

Check the files for the Jojoba 9% Tea Tree Oil formula. This should help dramatically. He should also be taking a serious look at his nutrition. Also, does he have any kidney problems. Sometimes skin problems are directly related to the Kidneys as your body can use the skin as a back-up elimination organ if the Kidneys or bowels are not funtioning correctly. Have you ever met a person who just stank 2 minutes after he took a shower??? If you have, you were looking at a Kidney/Bowel problem patient.

Hope this helps.

Love,

Doc

A lot of dermatitis is a spinoff symptom of liver or kidney stress. This

means dietary changes.

In the Fiji islands, there are two markedly different ethnic groups -- the

native Melanesians, and the Indians. I'm not all that familiar with

Melanesian history, but have some acquaintance with Indian ideal dietary

profiles. There could be some problems arising from people of one group

falling into eating foods that come from the other. This certainly deserves

some investigation.

So, which group is your family from?

There also may be some geobiological situations in those islands, which

would be part of traditional Melanesian folklore. This could be further

related to invasion of the islands by foreign plants over the past two

centuries, which might trigger some allergies in natives.

So i'd love to know more about the profile of new plants there, along with

information on ancient sacred sites which may have recently been built over.

These things could be more important than we might think at first glance. I

have access to a lot of atlases, so feel free to mention some specific

locations.

Thank you Dr. Ian. I will look up the files asap. I'm sure

nutrition may play a role of some sort although I'm not sure about

any kidney problems. IF it were kidney problems, they would probably

never know about it due to the lack of proper medical care in the

villages. My 44 yr. old Aunt just got her very first pair of

prescripton eye glasses when she came to the states and we took her

in for an exam...we also purchased her very first pair of tennis

shoes that were 'her' size.

According to my mom, the dermatitis (if that's what it is) has run in

the family for years and years there-some of them just get it worse

than others.

I'll try to find out more symptoms (if there are any!) and report

back!

Thank you!!!

Are all of these individuals who have dermatitis living in the same

village? If so maybe there is something in the environment that is

causing it and your family is only more allergic to it than most

people.

Yes, they are all in the same village. We were also thinking it

could be some sort of allergic reaction to something in the village-

wether it be what they are eating or drinking or anything else.

Thanks!

Just click on: herbal remedies

And then look down the left side of the page for "Files". Once you click on "Files", you'll see a ton of stuff, recipes & formulae, plant descriptions with pictures and properties, etc. etc.
