I need some help. I don't have any tinctures made

because I'm moving and everything is at the new place.

Is there something that I can whip up really quick to

help with the flu? I have the flu and I *really* need

something to purge this thing out, because I'm in the

middle of moving and really cannot afford to be sick.

 

I can go get more herbs and I do have vodka in the

house as well as a food processor that haven't been

packed yet.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
