Guest guest
At your age, this sometimes happens. It is a known symptom of growing. Assuming your diet is good, and contains sufficient protien, you should find a little bit added to your height soon. If there is some pain associated with this, try listenting to Flamenco music and dancing to it -- oddly enough this music has a very good effect on cartilage and ligaments. You should be concerned if the pain is sharp, constant, or at a high level. Then, it would be a good idea to look at possible physical conditions. These new phytonutrient supplements, which are made by several companies and are concentrated vegetable extracts in a gummy candy form, have been known to be excellent for " growing pains " . Also make sure you're taking enough calcium. The best is chelated with other minerals, especially magnesium. Dairy products are not always fully digested by everyone -- it depends a lot on genetic makeup.
