Guest guest
Hi everyone, My husband has had a cold for a week now, (usually lasts 3 or 4 days) and I have been upping his vitamins, minerals, orange juice, garlic, toddys (honey, fresh lemons, water, brandy) and echinacea 3 x's/day. Now, I want to beef up the echinacea to make a good immune/cold/flu formula, and I have goldenseal and ginseng combo (red, american, siberian) tinctures. Should I add some of those to the echinacea tincture? If so, should it be equal parts (1/3rd each tincture?) If not, can you tell me how much to add to the ech.? I thank you very much. PS I made about 20 or so tinctures, so if there are others you can suggest, I can add them if I have them. Take care, Renee
Guest guest
Hey Renee, Don't forgit the Total Tonic and the Cayenne. Also, remember that 1/2 hour hot bath at night time with the six cups of herbal tea. That'll fix 'im. Guest guest
Thank you Ian, I have cayenne, and will have to get him into bath. What do you think about the goldenseal and or ginseng to go into the echinacea tincture? If you do think it's a good idea, how much or parts should be added. Thank you again. Guest guest
Make separate tinctures and have him take them separately (two dropperfuls of each). Don't forgit the Total Tonic.
