Guest guest
Here's mine Natural Oatmeal Cookies I wouldn't call these healthy, but when I have a sweet tooth, eating a couple of these hits the spot, and after eating them I feel a lot better than when I eat a couple of regular white sugar cookies. I bake them and put some in the freezer so I don't feel like I have to eat them right away. They only take some 10 minutes to thaw, and they're even good frozen. 1 c Organic butter - softened 1 1/2 c Whole raw sugar (Rapadura) 1 tsp Vanilla extract 2 Organic eggs from free roaming chickens Cream together above ingredients in a bowl . 1 1/4 c Organic whole wheat flour 3 c Organic oats 1 t Baking soda 1 t Cinnamon 1 t Nutmeg 1/2 t Salt Stir above dry ingredients together in a separate bowl from the wet ingredients. When dry ingredients are thoroughly mixed, add the dry mix to the wet mix, stirring with a spoon. It works well to add half the flour mix at a time. 3/4 c raisins - optional 1 Organic dark chocolate bar - chopped - optional 3/4 walnuts - optional If you are adding the optional ingredients, add them now. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F or 190 degrees C. Spoon cookies onto a cookie sheet, about the size of a tablespoon. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until brown. herbal remedies, " Ian Shillington N.D.
