And, as a matter of fact, I meet all the criteria you mentioned above. Sometimes I think I'm going crazy, dyslexic or that all the detoxing I've done has re-infested me with all the THC I have lingering in my system from when I was a pot-smoker. I have some family members with thyroid problems. Anyway, thanks for that good info. Holly Terrorist Attacks on U.S. - How can you help? Guest guest
Often de-toxing will release secondary marijuana compounds stored in fatty tissue. That's fairly well known in some herbal circles. But what you're describing also certainly falls within the classic thyroid symptoms. I've seen good results with potassium iodate -- 200 mg. every few days. Or just including kelp or seaweed in the normal diet has worked. Best use of seaweed has been breaking it up into a bowl of rice. I LOVE RICE, but since all the craze came out about the Dr. Atkin's diet, I haven't really touched the stuff much. Potassium Iodate, is that a shot or a supplement? I bought some kelp capsules yesterday and took one. I got a decent night's sleep, and today I'm raging with energy. I've also been rollerblading like mad all over town (fell on my bum once even). Is this anything to do with the kelp? Thanks! Holly Get email alerts & NEW webcam video instant messaging with Messenger. http://im.
Guest guest
Hmmmmm this is fascinating. Really love to see reports of people getting more energy after taking a simple supplement. It happens a lot. As for the best kind of rice, that has been a controversy for centuries. Each Asian country has settled into a particular favorite. To a great degree, your personal preference is the best guide. Brown rice does contain more nutrients, but is a bit harder to digest. It also will spoil after a while, which is probably why almost all Asians will polish their rice and insist on eating it that way (white). Jasmine and Basmati are varieties that have subtle flavors which many people prefer. Potassium Iodate is a supplement. It can be a bit hard to find. I highly recommend everyone keep it in their emergency medical kit. It can help against any heavy metal poisoning, particularly radioactive contamination.
