Guest guest
From what I've read, niacin is to folate (form found in food), and niacinimide or nicotinic acid are to folic acid (supplemental forms). Your body uses the amino acid triptophan to form and absorb niacin, and heavy sugar/carbohydrate consumption depletes it. Steve ----------------------------- Hey Doc what is the difference between the two... I am curious! God Bless, Jamie > 3. Vit B3 - Niacin ONLY, do not buy Niacinamide.
