Dear All,

Here is a list of bulk herbs I never do without and always have an adequate supply on hand. Not necessarily in any order of importance though Cayenne, Garlic, Echinacea and Lobelia are in their proper places at the head of the list. The list is far from complete, but is a good start.

Cayenne

Lobelia

Garlic Echinacea

Ginger

Horseradish

Onions

Comfrey

Slippery Elm Inner Bark

Marshmallow Root

Poke Root

Chaparral

Red Clover Blossoms

Aloe Vera

Cape Aloe

Turkey Rhubarb

Cascara Sagrada

Senna Leaf and Pods

Black Walnut Hulls

Wormwood

Wild Yam Root

Dong Quai

Chaste Tree Berries

Ginseng (several types)

Blue and Black Cohosh

Yarrow

Love,

Doc

I believe you should do a very complete colon cleanse and then move on to

the total body cleanse. Diet modification is also necessery.

God Bless,

Jamie

Big project hon, considering the Religious Freedom Crusade run has been moved forward a few days and we're scrabbling for new overseas tickets. What I recommend you do is check the second list I sent, for the med kit and then cross check the herbal remedies with the formulae in the files. This will give you a good idea what each is used for.

Love,

Doc

Well, Peg, all I can say is that e mail has been a b**** the last week or so.

You're post hasn't crossed *my

mail box. Hope you get this.

I'm no expert, but remove as much carbs as possible from your diet, and eat

mostly protein. Olive leaf extract

is a great anti fungal, and has been known to take care of candida post haste.

:)
