They have many books on this one subject and if you can't make it to a health food store, you could always go to Amazon bookstore on the internet. BTW, the maple trees aren't dead or you wouldn't get any sap to make maple syrup. Jean Baugh ************************* Sorry here I go again so how do they get it out of the wood?
