Guest guest
Can someone tell me about these Save Your Life videos everyone is raving about? Also, as for the hot and cold showers- do you have to do the hot first? Or can you start cold and go hot? Or could it be gradual, from hot to warm to cold? Sindea- who is full of questions... Guest guest
Dear Sindea, The showers are taken alternatively. Hot (to get the blood out to the outer tissues) and then Cold (to get the blood circulating to theinner tissues). Like giving the body an internal bath As hot as you canbear for as long as you can and as cold asyou can bear for as long as you can. I end off with cold during the day (I am in Fla) and HOt at night. To circulate your lymph system - scientifically it was proven - that deep breathing is the way to go as well as body movement. The videos are ones made by Sam Biser - a journalist - who interviewed the highly controversial Dr/Schultze who learnt under Dr. Christopher and now lectures at Doc Christophers son's Herbal college. There are 12 of them with 1,330 pages of notes. They cost me $250 but I beleieve they went up in price. You can get them sometime on E bay. The number to call to get information about them is 1 877 485 5004 or 818 503 5980...........Love Penny
Guest guest
The old Roman method was to use hot water, then cold, then lukewarm. Finns will go into a sauna in the winter, then run out naked and roll in the snow. They run back into the sauna for another round after that. It is said that one will never get a cold if this is done.
