Guest guest
Thanks Penny. I was going to use passionflower because I have it and it's antispasmodic. I was told when I started studying herbs that I would finally settle in to about 10 that would do it all (or at least nearly all). Well, passionflower is one of the 10 and lobelia is still one of the iffy ones. I will pass along the advise to cleanse, but I have to tell you that getting it through a 36 year old's head that this is a good thing to do at least once a year, not once a lifetime is really difficult. Well maybe if I have the word of another naturalist he will listen to Mom.
