To control my BSL (blood sugar level) I use CASSIA CINNAMON, and sometimes when I cheat on my diet I use my medication. I have been doing this for about one year and my BSL used to be in low 200, today every morning when I wake up it is normal high about 120...my hba1c test used to average about 10/11..last test about month ago was 6.4 (normal)... My diet.... No grains of any kind (wheat rye barley etc) and including corn and rice.. No potato family products No processed foods No milk products ( I do occassionaly cheat with various cheese I love) I eat... fruits, ( I try not to eat banans, grapes pears watermelon, honey dew melon. I usually eat a couple of apples a day and in the mornings with breakfast rock melon...(cantelope) dried fruits of prunes and apricots but limited amounts.
