That may be a start, as I look at the clutter and see the failure of my

projected goal for a livlihood, and also my failure to get out of debt i n the

past 5 -7 yrs. (and my folks say to throw away everything after you readit - I

can't keep everything filed in my noggin', I have to keep references around),

and the rest follows suit, as I can't really talk to anyone but so much as their

idea is work for the Ford plant (chances are slim that you'll get in if you

don't know someone, and will have money but less of a life as they go on 7-12's

often) or the naval shipyard (and work in nuclear repair), and not much more

around here pays unless you have a college degree in marketing and give up must

of your life.

I want to help people, and make a living at something that I can enjoy and get

a good feeling from.

Thanks,

Steve

ps. - Thaessa, I did post on those subjects, but i was responding according to

people that I know, reference books, and what I know about the constitution of

the herbs.

Ok Steve, lets concentrate on kicking the negativity.

About 1 1/2 years ago I bought a book on " Breathwalking " . It describes various

breathing techniques to perform while walking at a brisk pace. One that helped

me more than I could have ever imagined was inhale to the count of 4, exhale to

the count of 4. While you are walking, inhaling and exhaling to the count of 4,

starting with your little finger, tap each finger against your thumb saying or

thinking sa ta na ma. Do not tap back from index finger to middle finger etc.

but always start from the pinkie. This is an " erase " technique. It's not

something the brain comprehends so has to focus on it to do it properly. It

literally erased my negativity and made me believe that I could, indeed, reach

my goals even tho I was coming up on 60 and had no job and was living off the

small amount of retirement that I'd accumulated in 5 years with my previous job.

I did this every day, but walked less than 1/2 a mile each time. Go to your

local library and see if you can find it. (Don't buy it yet, you don't need

another expense.) Breathwalk by Gurucharan Singh Khalsa, Ph.D., and Yogi Bhahan,

Ph.D.

Sweet orange oil is one of the least expensive essential oils you can buy, but

it is the most uplifting scent I've ever encountered. Either drop one or two

drops on a tissue to scent your apartment or use a double boiler type

contraption if you don't have a proper diffuser. You might be surprised how

much good it will do.

Do *something* about the clutter. Even if you have to stack it all in a corner

and throw a sheet over it!!! Clutter is depressing.

Hope this helps some.

Jennie
