Guest guest
....oh yeah, I also have some extended muscle pain in the sides of my arms which I attributed to getting back into working out after a long lay-off, but I haven't worked out (though I do alot of lifting at work) since i hurt my back in early June. I still have some Sciatica from my back injury (which I was going to a chiropractor for until the insurance ran out and refused to cover any more visits due to the remote possibility that the state workman's comp. may cover as it is partially, if not all the responsibility of working this type job), though they are dragging their feet, now. Also, I take fairly high dosages of a complete multi-vitamin, but unless I eat really crappy (ie. vacation) I only half-dose! Guest guest
If your colon is working properly you could do a lot of " cheap " things unit you can get to a total body cleanse. Juice at least 1 quart per day, eat lots of fresh garlic, 1 Tblsp parsley & cilantro a day, drinks gobs of good water, hearbal teas, take detox bathes with herbs and/or epsom salts, vinegar, and baking soda and use the natural bristle brush to scrub with, do hydroherapy at least once per day.... alter your diet to more fruits and veggies. These are just a few good things to do regularly. Be careful getting mercury fillings removed. Everyone needs to know there own body and should be well prepared for the removals. I had 3 of mine removed 5 weeks ago and have very ill since gradually since the day after. My body is very sensitive though.... The only problem is, that you don't really change your eating habits which doesn't help but so much. > > Everything that I've read, takes alot of rest and some dedication, and the problem is I very seldom have 2-3 days off together, and when i do, We usually go out of town, as this job also interferes with my social life. And also, I eat as many organics as I can, and grow a small amount of herbs, but nothing to really use for cleansing; and live in an apartment with very limited growing space and/or conditions. I also can't find a full realm of organics, and they are " expensive " as a whole around here. > > Okay, besides me being 44+ and never have done a " cleanse " , I have come up with some skin conditions on my feet (was alot worse, but went away, and now is back in a small couple of patches), in the crease of my leg around my genitals (where I used tea tree oil, vitamin E, and calendula, but didn't dilute the tea tree oil enough, and 'irritated it " ), and recently, I have been having more headaches (more meaning instead of once or twice a year, more like several times a month), which I attributed to the stress of the job, debt, etc.. I've also had dental amalgams since before I was 16, and have had 2 redone in gold inlays, but don't have the time, money, etc. to get them taken out, though I have been checking different angles over the past year or so. > > Is there something to be suggested that I can do to get results until I can get in better financial (etc.) situations, that can improve my sleep and the other above conditions? Guest guest
During the years i was doing Feng Shui consulting, i ran into this sort of thing a lot. What i found was that many times an environmental change can be done with little to no cost, and have leveraging effects that allow for more income or free time. I was usually better at applying this for clients than for myself, but it is amazing how much things can change with even small alterations in the home. Once the environmental stuff is handled, it can become easier to do a cleansing program. Guest guest
I have loved the few replies so far to your post, especially the one about leaving your job- I second that! You dont have kids. My husband was only a few years younger than you when he dropped his business, went voluntarily bankrupt,(complicated story) and hitchhiked barefoot around Australia. He was a millionaire but hated the trap he was in, and dropped it all. Now he has a new career- naturopath and spiritual teacher- and we live moderately and happily. Life is too short to do what you dont want to do. The state you are in is a blessing in disguise, because it is forcing you into a spiritual crisis, where, if you have some courage, you will find a better life for yourself, or find peace and acceptance,- and therefore happiness- where you are, but seeing it differently. I dont know about fasting in your state- some people find it great- it always disturbs me too much emotionally and I go for gentle cleanses over a couple of weeks or so, with herbs, healthy foods, some bowel cleansing. No need to be severe on yourself. I find fasts too severe for my system, and having to run a family, work etc. take it easy on yourself love Peela ===== May the long time sun shine upon you, all love suround you, and the pure light within you guide your way on.
