Guest guest
Reply to Penny and Sindea, Penny, I have used the herbal snuff just as you recommend here. A few times only though. Sometimes I released stuff and sometimes I didn't. I have nasal polyps and when they swell up like they are now I can't sniff up anything ! It's miserable. I am desperately trying to avoid surgery because I know too much holistically and know there is another way to get rid of this chronic sinus problem. I have done cleansing, diet, acupuncture. Any advice is welcome. Sindea, from my experience herbal snuff is harmless. It is not itchy or painful. You just feel like you want to sneeze. It's really pretty cool to do. I am going to suggest it to Geoff, but I want to be able to completely warn him. Also, can you tell me what all to expect from it and all the things it is good for? thanks so much > Sindea > sindea@h... > http://sindea5.homestead.com/home.html > > Driving Washington nuts since 1991... > > > > Dear Cathy, > Put the snuff on the back of the hand. Guest guest
Another good way to get mucus out is to drink a few teaspoons of Super Tonic! It makes the it come out very well.
