Several suppliers exist for Velvet Antler. One of the main sources is a guy

who i knew in high school, who has his own elk ranch in western Colorado.

St. John's Wort doesn't work for everyone. Capsules are particularly

ineffective in most cases. I would instead recommend that you reach out and

find good spiritual counselors in your area. This is difficult in some

parts of the country, as religion is dying off in a few regions. But it is

worthwhile to make the search.

I'm willing to correspond with you off list if you want to check more deeply

into that.

Hope I didn't miss anyone! You have all give me lots of information to go

through and study. I believe the total body cleanse is in the files, so I

can study that there. But can some of you give me some sources for some of

the supplements suggested to me: Collagen II and Velvet Antler? I also read

some good stuff about Maca Maca from Herbal Healer Academy, and I am also

looking into their product called Natural Detox. The capsules contain Sodium

Alginate, Chlorella-Broken Cell Wall, Bladderwrack, MSM Sulphur, Beet Root

Powder, Red Clover Extract, Dandelion Root Extract, Oregon Grape Root, Milk

Thistle Extract, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, and Manganese. Does this sound like

a good idea? What about St. John's Wort once I'm off Effexor? I gotta tell

you, the thought of not having any help for my depression scares the

daylights out of me. I've also heard so many good things about ESSIAC, and I

was drinking that until my son got sick last winter. Then I gave the rest of

the herbs to a friend for her to try after she was diagnosed with breast

cancer. Figured she needed it much more than me!! Some pointing in the right

directions would be greatly appreciated, as is the help you've given me so
