Wiyhout racking my brain at this early hour, I read of a product that kinda went

over my head until I saw it advertised (once) on tv by Miss Natural herself,

Jane Seymour! It's an extract of clove oil (and I don't know what else,

but...)and is called Bio-organics.

I have the plug in pulsar type devices, and have seen a big improvement in pest,

but it's not 100%.

Sorry, I know this is OT, please accept my apology! But I do not like pest

icides, but we have a major spider problem here (Western Washington state).

And my adrenaline is going right now cuz I just used a stack of CD's to bu ry a

spider 3 " in diameter! Anyway, I do not do well with spider bites, and

have ended up in the hospital from them before... Anyone know anything nat ural

I can use to get rid of them instead of that horrible stuff my landlor d wants

to use???

Ditto! I forgot about that one, and I have it, but obviously hadn't used it in a

while, especially for spiders.

Hi Sindea,

Yes, I would use diatomaceous earth, aka D.E. The food grade only, not the

swimming pool type that has been heated and ruined for insecticide control .

D.E. is a finely ground, mined, fossil that has microscopic sharp edges,

that will kill insects of any type. It isn't poisonous but would suggest you

not breathe the dust for it can be a lung irritant. The insects have t o walk

through the D.E. or be dusted for it to work.
