Hi, I think the debate is still on about this. Rain is distilled water. Evaporation is nature's way of steam distilling water. Inorganic minerals found in water cannot be absorbed by the body. Minerals found in plants are organic and can be absorbed. Distilled water will assist with washing the inorganic minerals out of your body. If they are not eliminated they can build up and cause damage. A few sites I found: http://healingtools.tripod.com/dstwtrmnls.html http://www.thehallelujahdiet.com/distilledwater.htm Cindy Get email alerts & NEW webcam video instant messaging with Messenger http://im. Guest guest
Yes, the debate about distilled vs. natural water will go on forever. We can add to it, the idea of " vitalized " water. I've had a lot of experience in that area. Rain is great, because in its natural fall, it picks up some kind of good energy. Conversely, the worst water can be the stuff that's been underground in aquifers for 10,000 years or more. You'll find a lot of that in Eastern Colorado and Western Kansas. On other lists, there have been many recent discussions about this. You don't find it so much in America, but in Europe there is an obsession with vitalized water in many forms. If anyone is interested, i can tell a few interesting stories about some research in that area.
