Sounds like calcium depletion perhaps with her, and do you have high fluoride

lavels in your water?

Hi

Does anyone have any info on improving bad teeth? A Mom on another list I'm

on noticed that her teeth started cracking while breastfeeding her 2nd child.

My 13 yr old daughter's 2 front teeth are discolored, also.

Thanks,

Ann

I've just recently added more calcium to her diet and replaced tap water with bottled water and restricted soft drinks to no more than a couple a week, if she just has to have one.

That's all I could come up with.

The teeth and gum formula sounded more like a gum remedy. Her gums and the rest of her teeth are fine.

Thanks,

Ann

The lady with the cracked teeth may have a problem retaining calcium, and the

girl might have fluorosis (discoloration from high fluoride content) if they are

" mottled " looking.

I'm not so sure about distilled water all the time. It's great when you're

doing a cleanse or a weekend detox etc. because it helps latch on to some of the

toxins and sweep them out of the system, but if you use it all the time

it can deplete your necessary minerals and upset your electrolyte balance.

minerals, but natural spring water has trace elements that some may find

questionable; then filtered water. All 3 are better than tap water, though!

Still a couple too many. not good for bones. juice

would be better- 100%- or water. Milk. Not soft

drinks.
