Dear Jamie,

You could try the cold sheet method ....Have a very hot bath that

you put ahandful of ginger and cayenne pepper into (in a clothbag). Then

drink lots of ginger tea (hot) whilst in it.

Then have a cold sheet (cotton sheet in a bucket of ice) next to the

bath.

whenyou have reached your heat tolerance - get out and wrap the cold

sheet around you.

Lay down on a bed covered with plastic. cover yourself with cotton

or wool (natural) and go to sleep.

In the morning, throw away the gungy sheet. It willl have drawn out

loads of toxins.

It is best before doing this to give yourself an enema - but hey!

you have the Schultze Tapes - don't you?...........love Penny
