Dear Suzanne,

The best herb for healing of the bone is comfrey. Please realize

that comfrey is now banned. You can use comfrey compresses, comfrey

tincture and comfrey tea. Just go to a Nursery and buy a plant.

There is also the EXCELLENT bone flesh and cartilage formula in the

files

The BF & C Formula is as follows.

6 parts Comfrey Root

6 parts Oak Bark

3 parts Gravel Root

3 parts Mullein

1 part Lobelia

2 parts Wormwood

3 parts Marshmallow Root

1 parts Skullcap

2 parts Walnut Bark

Remember, when I discuss a " part " , I am always talking about

" volume " . If I use another measurement such as cups ETC., I

always say so.

The Deep Tissue Repair Oil Formula is:

16 oz. Wintergreen Oil

8 oz. Organic Cold Pressed Olive Oil.

6 oz. Menthol Crystals (or) Peppermint Oil

1 cup Arnica Flowers

1 cup Calendula Flowers

1/2 cup of the hottest Cayenne you can find or grow.

1/2 cup of Ginger Root.

NB. The Menthol Crystals must have been made from Peppermint or

Thyme.

Herbal teas(using these and other herbs) would be a good thing at

the moment. Use the herbs that are in the B>F & C formula as teas.(that

includes Comfrey)

You can also use any of them as a poultice.

And I would suggest (to help with thehealing) an ounce of Turmeric

in a glass of water per day.

To build the bones, you should add a lot of high iron food such as beets

and beets greens. Also any dark fruit. This is to help the blood which

will help the bones.

Check the files for Potassium soup. and, of course the famous

chicken soup remedy.

And, if you can, get a really good Echinacea ticnture and give it to

her 3 times a day to ensure there isn't any infection....

and there is this interesting formula that I have not tried but was sent

to me by another herbalist.

" My friend Dennis Anderson, a homeopath in Mondovi, Wisconsin, is well

versed in the relationship between minerals, the soil, and weeds. He

says that Dandelion prefers a decalcified soil. The thick taproot pulls

up

calcium from down below and brings it to the surface. This fits in with

our observation that Dandelion helps infections seated in the bones. It

also led me to use Dandelion in cases where decalcification was the

chief entry

complaint. In one case, a woman had infected root canals extending up

into the jaw, which was infected and decalcified, according to X-rays. I

gave

Dandelion and White Oak bark (for gum disease) and the results in one

month were remarkable. The dentist literally ran out of the room when he

saw the

X-rays and exclaimed to his assistant, " Look at the difference between

these

X-rays. The bone is recalcif~4ng. " At the time I thought it was only the

Dandelion that did the job, but now I believe that Oak bark also helps

recalcify the bones. "

.....so there you have it,...........Love Penny
