The BF & C Formula is as follows.

 

6 parts Comfrey Root6 parts Oak Bark3 parts Gravel Root3 parts Mullein1 part Lobelia2 parts Wormwood3 parts Marshmallow Root1 parts Skullcap2 parts Walnut Bark

 

Remember, when I discuss a "part", I am always talking about"volume". If I use another measurement such as cups ETC., Ialways say so.
