Guest guest
I read the information some time ago but I found the reference. " We do not bill directly to any insurance companies. It will be your choice to submit the statements that you receive from our office. If you desire to receive complementary, alternative, and nutritional therapies from our office, which may not be considered usual and customary, you should be aware that any claims that you may file with insurance may be denied. Our ability to provide you with these therapies may be limited due to the risk that third party payers could attempt to take legal action against physicians who provide these therapies. The ------ ------ has opted out of Medicare. Before receiving any services from our office, all Medicare patients must sign a private contract agreeing that neither they nor we will file any charges with Medicare. Secondary insurance carriers will probably not reimburse for any of these charges either. To provide protection from potential legal action and to insure your constitutional right to freedom of choice, we have established a private association in which membership provides the privilege of receiving medical treatments, which are considered not usual and customary. As a member of a private organization, we have a constitutional right to associate and contract with one another without interference from the government. " etc...
