Of course, the best thing to do is to stop eating all togehter and just drink water. Lot of water.. For kidney pain I would suggest hot>> Penny I have never been in so much pain except for labor ! I am really suffering ! I am feeling even more bloated when I drink water, should I drink it anyways? I feel like I can't put anything at all in me!
