1. Happy and long sleep

2. Good digestion

3. Clear respiratory system

Now we mix tiny units of the following herbs :

 

a. Frankness

b. Tilia

3. Aniis

4. Black seed

5. honey

6. Caraway

7. Some honey drops

 

1. put tiny units of each and mix them in a clean medical dressing, to form a hrbal tea bag

2. immerse the bag into a half-full of small cup of tap water, every morning

3. use the resulting exract before evening sleep, feed the baby till satisfaction

4. immerse another tea bag in the evening, to be used first thing in the morning

5. repeat for the whole breast-feeding period, more than one year, in both health and sickness

6. this will give him protection against a.m. troubles, and raise immunity significantly, for a future full of pollution

Hi, all!My nearly 7 month old boy has had an on-again-off-again cough for months. It's very phlegmy. At the start, this pedia would recommend spraying him with Ventolin inhaler to dilate his brochial tubes. LAter on it progressed to a steroid since the cough's on-again-off-again nature. We weren't too happy with this so after 4 sprays, I got him off it, and went to see an alternative doctor.He suggested Kali Mur, Spongia Tosta, Bioplasma, Bee Propolis. I had thought that those would help, but then my baby's still at it.He wheezes a teensy bit in the mornings and is phlegmy sporadically throughout the day.
