You need an ounce of the following herbs. They can be either cut or powder form. It's a matter of personal taste. Kelp for metabolism. Excellent source of iodine. Black walnut hulls. Great for parasites, removing toxins, laxative. Barberry or Oregon Grape Root. Purifies the blood. Flaxseed for essential fatty acids Peppermint for flavoring. Any herb with a flavor you like will do. Peppermint, cinommon, ginger are recommend because they not only add a pleasant taste, they also help prevent gripping. Plus they are good for digestion as well. Licorice but only if don't have hyertension. Mix together. Voila, there you're done. Use half a teaspoon daily. Lynda Appell http://visit.ws/disabilityinfo.
