Guest guest
My doctor put me through one of those blood Glucose test. He says that my result was sort of high. It is supposed to be around 220. But, it was 260 for me. Then, he went on about how this is borderline diabetic. I don't take insulen shots or pills. I work hard and all seems fine. The only thing is I am a bit FAT. I like beer. :-) But, I have lost an average of almost 2LB/week over the last 6 weeks. I feel better and can wear some older nice clothes again. The doctor says to keep this rate of weight loss constant rather than loosing too fast. The doctor says this borderline diabetic thing will fix itself with diet and weight loss. Are there other things you may suggest to augment my efforts and make the change back to full health again? Thanks MUSIBIKE
