Lynda: I had hashimoto's too. But, I had the hypo part, not hyper. I'm now a thyroid cancer survivor. PLEASE keep a good watch on your thyroid, and especially if it begins to grow (mine was 10x larger than normal) - PLEASE be very aware of that.

The kelp didn't help me - it made me feel 100x worse. I hadn't ever heard of the barberry for it, wish I had at the time...
