Guest guest
Hello Ien! I am sorry it has taken me a while to reply to your welcome. Yes, WAHM is work at home mother and it could be a more accurate term for sahm but I do have my own business at home as well as being a sahm. Thanks for the good wishes on the postpartum depression. I am using transpersonal therapy with incompasses muscle testing, gem essences, as well as meditation. There is more to it than that but I am at a loss as to how to describe it. I tried to go to the site you left but for some reason it wasn't valid. I did look up the technique though and saved the sites I did find in my favorites for later viewing (I glanced at it and it looks very interesting!) Thank you for the resource! How long have you been using it? I have to go feed the baby. Add me to your messenger if you wish, screen name personal_balance. Hope to chat with you later! Is that a more accurate term for SAHM, or does it mean you do a non-family job at home as well? You'll enjoy this group. Good luck with the postpartum depression! What sort of techniques are you using to do the core belief changes? I have recently fallen in love with the simplicity and power of Emotional Freedom Technique. http://emofree.com Amazing stuff, and you can learn it so easily. Welcome and best wishes!
