Introduction

This class is for anyone who:

• says " yes " when they really want to say " no. "

• says " I don't need any help " when they really do.

• says " That doesn't bother me " when it really does.

• says " I'm not angry (or hurt, or upset, etc.) when they

really are.

• says " I am fine, everything is ok " when it isn't.

• smiles when they really want to snap.

• " bites their tongue " when they really have something to say.

What we will cover:

• How you can tell when your life is out of balance.

• How feelings, experiences, and awarenesses can help you

begin to reclaim your life.

• Two of the biggest ways in which we lose ourselves.

• Some techniques to use to reclaim those pieces of yourself

that you may have lost.

 

Thursday July 21 7:00 PM –Feelings

Who this class is for:

• Anyone who is interested in becoming more self aware.

• Anyone who wants to better understand their feelings and

what they have, either directly or indirectly, been taught about

feelings.

• Anyone who is interested in obtaining more understanding of

a concept that has the potential of propelling them along their

path.

• Anyone who has difficulty feeling or anyone who thinks they

feel too much.

What we will cover:

• What we have been taught about feelings.

• Identifying our judgments and opinions about feelings and

how these impact our growth.

• Techniques for embracing our feelings and using them as a

powerful tool for growth.

to accomplish (because you have a clearer picture of your gifts and

talents).

• Wants to relieve stress and be more relaxed (because you

have stopped fighting life).

• Wants to be more clear about what it is you really want in

your life (because you've been able to clear out what you don't

want).

• Wants to take your life, your career, your relationships to

another level (because you've seen how you have held yourself back).

What we will cover:

• Blocks to awareness.

• Awareness—what is it? How can I use it? How do I get it?

• Awareness of the Truth—what is it? Why do I want it? Tools

to get it.

• Experiencing and accepting the truth.

• Steps you can begin to take now.
