My gynecologist told me I have a vaginal bacterial infection. In other

words I have an inbalance of good and bad bacteria. Do you know

anything I can eat to help it. Not to worry if you don't. Don't feel

you're under any obligation. By the way just started the Meditteranean

diet. My primary dr said it was okay for me to do it

You can treat it locally with good bacteria, as in yogurt with live cultures. Use an appropriately sized syringe or tampon applicator (if they still make those). Mix in some extra acidophilus from capsules if you like, but it's probably not necessary. Just make sure the yogurt has live cultures. You may or may not need to do it more than once. Swallow the rest of the capsules over a period of time.

Salam, dear lady

From a previous experience with some other American lady I helped her online, pls accept those treatments which cured her in two-weeks period :

1- Use honey locallyevery three hours, applyt as rich as u can, as deeper as u can, no harm, it's perfect anti-biotic

2- Use lemon juice (the egyptian brand is the stongest, worldwide) and if not available, use veniger - yes veniger -, natural source, rub it internally as u can, the next hour to honey hour

it kills all germs immediately, helping honey but in a quick action

3- Also apply olive oil, rich and virgin, the hour next to veniger hour, to help healing tissues and cooling off

so, one hour for honey, next hour for veniger, and third hour for olive oil, then repeat cycle as long as u are awake

That lady who applied that technique told me she became a lady again, since she suffered 24/7 severe pain, visited 11 doctors, with no hope

All the best for u, dear lady

Bless u allLinda Bumpas <lindabumpas wrote:

You might also look into buying kefir or, better yet, making your own.

I have never been a big yogurt fan and, frankly, forget to take my

probiotics on a daily basis. A friend mentioned that I really needed

to also do kefir to get maximum benefit and I just started doing that

so, hopefully, I'll see some real improvement now.

For more information on making kefir, there's a great

called KefirMaking, Kefir_Making/

Good luck!
