Guest guest
Hello , I am looking for some natural pain relievers, either rubs or something to put in a bath, the pain starts in the lower back and travels down the legs into her feet. She has bulging disks in her back and we feel it is putting pressure on the nerves. Any ideas would be great. Thanks Ace
Guest guest
Eucalyptus oil is very good in relieving muscle pain. Some products that have it also have camphor in it and I don't know much about that. One product is called No Pain and you can find it and similar items in a regular drug store. Probably could find a more pure product online. mary

Guest guest
Hi Ace, Aromatherapy is an interest of a fellow MT and friend of mine. She reccomends: " Try mixing lavender, rosemary, and eucalyptus together in dead sea salts and bathe in it. Not to mention the physical benefits, it sure will open your senses! You'll be grinning and glassy eyed. " Be careful about how much of the essential oils you put in the bath. Epsom Salt is readily available at any drug store. The Dead Sea salt is a little hard to find.
