Guest guest
We all deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, beginning with respecting and loving ourselves. One very powerful way to begin to do this is to set personal boundaries. What if ………….you were to pick one personal boundary for yourself this week, set it , honor it and embrace it? Are you willing to do that and see how it has affected your life at the end of just one week? I found when I set a boundary of accepting client calls between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. only, I had accomplished 3 of the 4 things that had been on my to do list for weeks. And my clients were taken care of ---- just during a specific time frame. How has your life been affected by setting and honoring your personal boundary? Guest guest
Dear Pat: What I got from your message is while it's important to be good to others it's equally important to be good to yourself. Question. www.reclaimyourlife.org. Do you think your site would be helpful to people with disabilities. Presuming the site's aimed at practically everyone. Is there anything specifically beneficial to people with disABILITIES. I am a disability activist. Peace and Namaste.
